Dave Roy, Founder and President Dave is the founder and president of Global-i, Inc., with about 20 years of experience in the Converged Communications
and IT industry. He manages all operations for Global-i and is responsible for formulating and executing strategic and tactical
plans for the company. Dave is also the lead business and technical consultant representing Global-i. His experience ranges from critical management and
consulting roles in Global/National Communications Service Providers and Software/Hardware OEMs, to Venture-backed Technology
companies. Prior to founding Global-i; Dave held Product, Program, Project, Technology, Marketing, Strategy and Business Development
Management positions at a number of Global and National Communications Service Providers (Sprint-Nextel, Nextel, XO, T-Mobile
USA, Time Warner Cable, BT Americas, Primus and Ameritech/AT&T) and OEMs (NEC America, Fonality, Glenayre-IP Unity, Executone). He has also worked with a host of partners dominant
in the Telecommunications/Wireless/IT/Software/Hardware industry, including Cisco, Microsoft, Motorola, Intel, Nortel,
Avaya, Comverse, Ericsson and HP. Dave has also worked in several next-generation areas in the last decade: Managed
and Hosted IP-based Telephony (VoIP and IP-PBXs) and Data Services (MPLS, Ethernet Solutions), 3G/4G Wireless Networks/Applications,
IMS/Converged Communications and Messaging, Smart Mobile Devices and Mobile Platforms, Cloud Computing and SAAS, and a host
of applications ranging from Voice Recognition to Real-time Video Telephony to Location-Based Services. Dave has an M.B.A. with a focus in Marketing and
IT from University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio and another Masters with a focus in Urban Studies, Public

Richard Lewis, CFO.. . Richard Lewis, serving as the CFO, brings senior level experience providing vision and direction in the financing
of telecommunications and IT projects. In this position, Richard manages overall financial affairs of the
company. . . Most recently Richard was with
Wells Fargo Bank as the Vice President of their Government Services Group, where he assisted fast track companies that required
financial support. Richard has been a featured speaker on at a variety of organizations and events around the Country.
From the 1990 to 2003, Richard was a CFO/CEO counselor to start up, fast growth technology and service businesses. As CEO/CFO
from 1985-1990, he initiated a "business plan only" Initial Public Offering for Virtusonics Corporation, a
software development company, some 10 years ahead of the "dot.com" trend of the l990’s. He began his career
in banking with A.J. Armstrong & Co. (ne: Bank of America Business Credit) in 1974. He moved to The Chase Manhattan Bank
as Vice President, Leveraged Acquisition Team, to start its leverage buyout group in 1980, then to General Electric Capital
Corporation, as a marketing manager, to help start an ABL financing vertical in the Retailer Finance Division. . . Richard earned his B.S. Degree in General
Business and a MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University's, Stern School of Business, where he was

Bill
Hieatt, CTO.. . Bill Hieatt, serving as the Chief Technology
Officer, brings 18 years of experience providing vision and direction in the telecommunications and wireless industry.
He has solid background in next generation convergence technologies, legacy networks, digital wireless networks and value-added
services. In this position, Bill manages overall technology office across convergence technologies, infrastructure,
products, services and systems.. . Most recently, Bill worked for First Broadcasting, a leading company specializing in acquisition and development
of U.S. radio stations and broadcast properties, where he was the Vice President of Engineering and Software Development.
Before that Bill worked at Communications Technologies, a telecommunications and information systems company at a Director
position. In this role in addition to his operational responsibilities, he was responsible for the company’s commercial
business development which included Motorola’s Canopy fixed wireless and Nortel’s VoIP products. Prior to
this Bill served as Vice President of Engineering for NetVoice Technologies. At Netvoice, Bill worked closely with Cisco
to enable NetVoice to become one of Cisco’s few select strategic alliance partners. Bill also worked as a Senior
VP of Network Engineering and Operations at Conxus Communications, a narrowband PCS carrier. Bill began his career at
Motorola, where he was a Principal Staff Engineer in Motorola’s Advanced Messaging and Systems Division. .. . Bill
has a BSEE and MSEE from the University of Texas in Arlington and a MBA from Florida International University in Miami. Bill

Pat Verrington, VP of Business
Development Pat Verrington, serving
as the VP of Business Development, brings more than 20 years of experience in product management, business development
and sales engineering. He has solid global background in next generation network technologies, legacy circuit
switched networks, digital cellular networks, value-added services and communications devices. In this
position, Pat manages business development by spurring new business activities and strengthening existing relationships of
Global-i’s services. . Prior to
this, from 2001 – 2006, Pat worked for Watchtower Solutions, a management consulting company, where he was responsible
for all facets of client services including consultation and execution of services for, and on behalf, of clients. Before
that Pat worked at Glenyre Electronics from 1990 – 2001, in various positions and worked his way up to the VP of Product
Management and then VP of Business Development. In his business development role he successfully developed
solid relationships with strategic partners and created alliance programs. . Pat’s
background also includes experiences in product development, product management, sales engineering, field service engineering
and quality engineering. He has a Bachelors in Business Administration in Computer Information Systems
