Global-i (Gi) Launches Gi PMO^™ Suite of Program & Project Management Services for Converged Communications & IT Clients, April 9th, 2009

Herndon, VA (April 9, 2009) - Global-i (www.globaliconsulting.com), a provider of technology-management consulting and project-based outsourcing services to the Communications & IT industry, announced today that it is launching its Global-i PMO^™ Suite of Program and Project Management Services for meeting communications clients PMO needs.

These services will benefit Communications & IT clients wanting Program and Project Management services and to setup a PM Office (PMO) for their critical initiatives. The company will provide the services via fixed-fee consulting and managed outsourcing. The fixed-fee service will be a custom service and will be developed per the needs of the client and delivered directly from Global-i Program Management offices. This service can also be delivered as a managed outsourced service via Global-i ExpertConsultant^™ service where Global-i consultants can be embedded into the client's existing PMO team and/or be a dedicated PMO consultant to the client.

Utilizing the Global-i PMO^™services; Communications and IT OEMs, Service Providers, Enterprise and Government Customers can get domain-based services and execution across Program Planning, Program Development, Resourcing, Costing, Work Stream Planning, Milestone Planning, Scoping, Requirements Management, Change Order Management, Risk Assessment, Mitigation Planning, Program Monitoring, Change Management, Day-to-Day Project Management and Program and Project Reporting. Global-i offers this service primarily as a standalone service, although a bundled and integrated service with other Global-i services can also be specifically customized and delivered per client needs.
